Who We Are
The St. Francis de Sales Association is an international organization of lay Catholic women that offers formation in Salesian spirituality and the opportunity to deepen one’s faith and the practice of Christian virtues within a spiritual family.
What is Salesian Spirituality?
A Gentle Spirituality For Our Busy, Daily Lives
St. Francis de Sales offers us a simple way of reconciling the often-conflicting demands of home, family, career, church and community. Francis assures us that our daily duties in life are the most important tasks we have on our path to holiness.
Spiritual Friendship
What is spiritual friendship? How can it enrich our lives? Spiritual friends can help us discern God’s will in our lives and encourage and strengthen us in our faith journey. Our members enjoy the opportunity to develop life-long spiritual friendships.
