Below you will find a calendar of all scheduled Zoom meetings. Please refer to this calendar when you are requesting or confirming meeting dates. The association has two Zoom accounts available. Thus, we are able to schedule two meetings at the same time. Please note there are two different logins, so be sure you know which account you are using for each meeting. This information will be shared with you when your meeting is confirmed.
NOTE: All meetings are shown here in Central Time and are in 2-hour blocks. Please review this calendar for available times and send your meeting requests to co*********@*************on.org. The following information should be included in your email:
Subject line: Zoom request
1. Name of meeting
2. Date/Time/Time Zone (please send in CENTRAL time zone)
3. Length of meeting
4. Name and email address of the facilitator if it will not be you
5. Will there be any international callers joining? If so, please include the country from which they will be calling.
